Bevendean History Project
The first two years of the project - continued

15. Traditional Farm Crafts at Bevendean Primary School
Bevendean primary school children try their hand at dying material using natural ingredients.

16. Bevendean Fun Day 2013 Making History Fun
In July 2013 the Bevendean History Group arranged for the hire of some 1930s costumes from a local company called Gladrags to enable local people to dress up in costumes that would have been appropriate for people working and living on the farm in the 1930s. This proved very popular and a photographer took photographs which were later put on the website or could be purchased by the people concerned.

17. Bevendean Fun Day 2014 with 1950s costumes
In July 2014 costumes from the 1950s were hired to enable local people to dress up in costumes appropriate to the time when the estate was being built. Again a photographer took photographs which were later put on the website or could be purchased by the people concerned.
