Most of these photographs were printed under the title ‘Beauty within our Borders’ and they present a typical Sussex landscape.

The photographs show Mr Frank Allcorn driving a team of 3 horses who are pulling a binding machine which cuts the corn and ties it into sheaves which are then stood up to dry.
