In the matter of the Tenants Right Valuation upon Lower Bevendean Farm in the parish of Falmer in the County of Sussex from the owner Steyning Beard Esq. to Mr William Aylwin incoming tenant.
I Reginald Henry Pocock of Lewes in the County of Sussex having been duly appointed by Mr Edward Miller are of 1 Finsbury Crescent London E. C. the Valuer acting for the owner and Mr Ernest Ellis of Guildford the Valuer acting for the incoming tenant by letter under their hands dated March 1902 as Umpire to decide all matters connected with carrying out of the said valuation and having down the over said farm and heard all that was to be said with regard to the matter by one side and the other and having taken all questions with consideration do hereby award and determine that the said William Aylwin shall pay to the said Steyning beard the sum of Three hundred and eight pounds six shillings and five pence and I further direct that the cost of this my award shall be paid by the said parties in equal shares.
