Newspaper Articles for St Andrews Church 1946

There
was a pleasing ceremony at the April meeting of the women's section of
the Moulsecombe and Falmer branch of the British Legion, at St.
Andrew's Hall, Moulsecombe, when certificates of life membership were
presented to Mrs Ada Hyder, late chairman of the women's section for
ten years, and to Mrs Emily Cox, vice-president since the formation of
the branch in 1931.
The presentations were made by Mrs Helen Bartlett (Sussex county women's chairman) in the presence of a large gathering including visiting members from several branches in the county. Mrs Hyder also received a plant as a gift from: the committee.
