The first 3 photographs show the original slope and steps from the bridge down to the bus stop before it was demolished.

The new pedestrian access to the bus stop after the work had been completed.
The Argus reported, on the 13 July 2016, that the south bound
bus stop at Falmer was closed due to health and safety concerns. This
was within a couple of weeks of the rebuilding of the footbridge at
Falmer was completed.
After alterations to the layby the bus stop was put back into use.
