Having been over and inspected the farm & heard the Valuers on their respective claims and Counter claims and carefully considering all matters put before me I value the before written items at the sum of Five hundred & sixteen pounds one shilling & eight pence after making deductions for dilapidation to Buildings, gates & fences selling of Hay & Straw and foul land and I direct that the sum of £516. 1s. 8d be paid by Steyning Beard Esq to Mr William Aylwin.

And further that the cost of this Award be borne in equal moieties by both parties thereto.
