Bevendean Farm

Thank you for your letter of the 9th instant.

I am unable to include the portion of land on the Brow as it is not marked on any plan that I have and I do not know the acreage of same.

I consider that the Farm should be advertised but, at the same time I think it would be better to wait a little longer until the crops of grown a little more.

I enclose tracing showing the whole of the Farm, also the tracing which accompanied your letter.
