2 ploughed ~ 2 time drag harrowed ~ 4 time Horse Harrowed ~ Y.O.O Once Horse harrowed Extra Seed and Sowing ~ 5 cwt Nitrate Soda ~ 5 cwt Guano and Sowing, Rent & Rates ~ This Crop fed by the outgoing Tenant ~ and folded since Midsummer

1 ploughed for Rape ~ 5 times Horse Harrowed

8 1/2 acres once rolled extra ~ labour picking and burning

4 1/2 Bushels Rape Seed and Sowing

The before described Tenant dues and Effects are Valued at the Sum of One hundred and fourteen pounds fifteen shillings ~ by me this 8th day of December 1877
