1 ploughed for Rape ~ 5 times Horse Harrowed

8 1/2 acres once rolled extra ~ labour picking and burning

4 1/2 Bushels Rape Seed and Sowing

The Rates as adjusted

The before described Tenant dues and Effects are Valued at the Sum of One hundred and fourteen pounds fifteen shillings ~ by me this 8th day of December 1877
