37 Victoria Street, Brighton 22 August 1877 Sir, I beg to apologise for not replying to your acceding to promise but Mrs Trowbridge has found it hard to decide what would be the best to be done but she has now made up her mind that it would be best to dispose of the house but we both think that the amounts mentioned £420 without the addition £5 per barn is as little as she ought to take as the house altogether has cost considerably more than this amount.
